Overview

Fight to Win the War from Within takes audiences inside the toughest battle we all face—the one in the eight inches between our ears. Drawing from combat, pro sports, and high-stakes leadership, Andy Riise shares his inspiring personal story of turning struggle into strength. He reveals how self-doubt, stress, and setbacks can derail even the strongest performers—and how mental fitness can be trained, just like our body and tradecraft, to overcome them.

Through raw storytelling and the powerful Mental Fitness Bridge framework, audiences gain a deeper understanding of the full spectrum of psychology as part of the human experience—on our journey toward becoming the best version of ourselves. Using tools like the Check-In exercise, they develop self-awareness by learning to recognize where they are—surviving, coping, or thriving—and take practical steps to “fight to the right.” They also discover how to build authentic connections with empathy and compassion, especially in times of uncertainty and division.

This keynote is more than inspiration—it’s a call to action. Audiences walk away knowing the most important battle they’ll ever fight is within—and with the confidence and strategies to win it.
